I am needing help with an automation. I am needing to change the status of our guest to moved out when the lease end date has past except for when it status is canceled.

+29What is your automation trigger? If your automation trigger is “when record meets conditions” have the conditions be when the {Lease End Date} is before today, and the {EE Status} is not "canceled". Then have an “Update record” action that updates the status of the triggering record.
if records are created without a lease end date or status (even momentarily for a fraction of a second) you might need to adjust the conditions to take that into account.
