I have an Automation that sends an email when conditions are met that includes Update Record link for Fillout. However the link is emailed as a text field - e.g.  https://forms.fillout.com/t/zzzz?id=xxxx

How do I modify so it sends as a clickable link.

I have tried  "<a href='" & {Your Formula URL} & "'>Open link</a>"  and it did not work.
