I’m trying to automate the sending of our reminders to our partners. I’ve chosen the ‘email digest’ automation.
There are different frequencies (daily, once a week, twice a week, and thrice a week) based on the preferences of our partners. Therefore, the trigger is “at a scheduled time”. The next action is to find records and the last is to send an email via Gmail.
Is it possible to send the email individually instead of in a list? Their names should be addressed in the mail. Is there some formula that can send out multiple emails addressed to each one of the recipients?
