+29Yes, this can be done. The trick is getting a singe email that lists all of the records, rather than individual emails for each new record. In order to do this, you need a single “control” record that will trigger the automation.
The control record also needs to know which records are new. This can be done through a Scripting action that identifies new records, or with a previous automation that ran when the new records were created.
