I have GMail > Send Email automation setup. While the automation shows as the email as being sent, the receiver doesn't receive it for a few hours. How to ensure that the email is received immediately? In some cases the email is not received at all.

The Gmail account is a Google workspace account.

I haven’t seen this problem with my Airtable consulting clients, but I would definitely try it with Make’s Gmail automations to see if the emails get delivered faster.

There is a small learning curve with Make, which is why I created this basic navigation video to help. I also provide the links to a few other Make training resources there as well. For example, to instantly trigger your Make scenarios from Airtable, check out this thread.

I don't have that option of Make for this client. I wonder if there are any spam settings that need to be done on the GMail sender account that might be causing this?
