I want to create an automation that emails a report to the managers on their employee’s individual progress at completing their monthly certifications.
In my table, I have the names of the clients, the due dates, a drop-down for marking complete, the name of the employee, and the manager linked as a collaborator.
One issue I keep running into is that the automation for sending an email to the manager doesn’t work. Even though I set the value to email.
However, the next steps is to make a report that would show all the names of the clients and the individual status of their certifications.
This way managers will see the progress of their employees.
