Export Multiple Views to Then Send to Multiple Recipients

Have you explored interfaces?   You would only need one interface.  Each employee would only see their own data with the right filters applied. 

Would this incur additional cost Dan - i.e. to provide each employee with their own interface?

Also, what would be the best way to extract the Sum from each View to have a summary for Payroll to Pay please Dan?

There is no price difference if your users access the data in the base or in an interface.  If someone else enters the data and your employees are only viewing the data they should be free.   It doesn’t cost anything to build interfaces. 

However you are showing it in the view can be used in the interface.  You didn’t provide enough information about your base design to provide a firm answer to your question.
