Hi, I have several forms that are filled out repeatedly in our Property Management company. I would like to automate the process by using base data. See page 2 of this pdf for example https://www.cmha.net/webshare/docs/hcvp/buildingRentForm.pdf?v=1ff2b69a

or this https://www.edencle.org/owner/PropertyListing.pdf

While forms are rather complicated by the use of checkboxes, I am hoping this can be accomplished.

A bonus feature would be to figure out how to pre-load a digital signature since we are the only ones needing to sign these forms.

Thank you

Hi Marius, the first link you provided (https://www.cmha.net/webshare/docs/hcvp/buildingRentForm.pdf?v=1ff2b69a) isn't working

If I'm understanding you right, you want those PDF forms automatically completed based on base data?  If so, you could try out using the Page Designer extension which might work for this?  Use the PDF form as the background and overlay the field values on top

Kind of feels like whichever solution you end up going for you'll need to restructure your data a bit so that it works with the forms though
