In the Find Records action, you can specify the maximum record limit for how many records it should find. Make sure that your number there isn’t set to 10.

Hmmm.. if it’s set to 1000, it should be finding all 18 of your records then (unless your “find condition” or your “find view” only results in 10 records). Please share detailed screenshots of your entire automation — each action step!

Hey @JamarDiggs!
In addition to screenshots of the automation you might want to share a screenshot of a view with the filters applied on the Find Records block of the automation! In that way we can get to see the differences in further detail.

Hi @ScottWorld @Mike_AutomaticN! Please disregard! I misunderstood what was qualified as a test. I knew that if I selected “generate as a preview” it would be a test and show only 10 records, but I thought “run as configured” meant like a forced run that would include all records and not just the 10.
It just ran on its own today and included all records in the view! Sorry about the confusion!
And thank you for trying to help me!
