I am wondering if it is possible to have a single-select field that contains “Other” as an option, but then someone can manually type in details when they select the “Other” option. I have a survey form that uses an automation to populate my base. At least one survey question could use this combo format, if it’s possible. I frequently fill out forms with this question structure. Alternately, do I solve this problem with an additional conditional question triggered when “Other” is selected?

Yes, this is possible, but whatever they type in would need to go into another field, not the single-select field itself.

Thanks, that’s what I thought. So, I need to create a new, conditional field that appears when there’s a checkmark in Other.
