What do you mean by ‘refresh’?

Here in the 1st Image we have added Google merchant center number
In second image we can see the refresh option after clicking on the refresh we can see that all the data in the image 3. is not there.

You can expand your record to review the activity log for each record. That will show you how your data got changed.
