I’m trying to create an Automation which triggers when a new record is created (Trigger:When a Record is Created), and I want to use a date field from that record as the search criteria to find another record in another table (Action: Find Records). However it looks like the only dynamic content I can use as search criteria is Record ID. Is there any way around this using Automations? Or do I need to learn how to script… :slightly_smiling_face:

+35The trigger “when a record is created” only works for records that are created through forms, if you want to pull data from the record. So you would want to use a different trigger, such as “when a record matches conditions”.
