Real-time automation does not work. I select Trigger: When a record is created, there I select in which table the new row was created. Then I select Actions: Create record and indicate in which table to create a new row. In Fields I indicate in which line to copy the values from which line.
When testing automation, everything works fine, new rows appear in the table. However, when creating a new row, a new row is automatically created in the required table, but the data is not transferred.
In your situation, you can’t use that trigger unless your new records are being created by a form or through Airtable’s API.
The reason is because it triggers as soon a record is created, meaning that it is triggering on a blank record.
The better trigger is “when a record matches a condition”, and choose a checkbox field or a single-select field to trigger the automation.

Hi @Iurii , I am with zzBots. One thing zzBots is know for is Real-time automation. zzBots has a slight delay specifically for when the bot triggers so it helps prevent syncing blanks.
When you're setting up your zzBots bot then you are required to choose a "Last Modified" time field from Airtable. This is so when this field is updated your bot knows when to trigger. You can modify the Last Modified to be only updated when a certain field is modified such as the "Name" if you want it to only trigger when certain fields are updated or so you don't sync blanks.
