I’m trying to figure out an automation path for a company. Can you help me figure this out? I can’t afford having many collaborators on Airtable so I can’t use the Interface Designer. Also I should be the only one with whole access to the database.


This is the process I need to automate:


1- A form is completed

2- Based on the continent of who created this form, a different list of reviewers (A) will receive the response of step 1. They will decide whether they approve it or not and assign the next reviewer (B) to this response.

3- The next reviewer (B) will receive the response from step 1 and fill a new form about it.

4- The third reviewer (C) will receive both the form from the step 1 and 3 linked together.
