I want to send automatic message with table rows and columns based on certain conditions

Hi there!

I have the airtable with employees' timesheets (start & end of shift, hours worked, location) and I want to automate (or by clicking something) the shift summary from a certain day (e.g. today). 

For example, I want to see the timesheet summary from today and see all the details there - name, start and end of the shift, hours worked, and location. 

How can I do it in Airtable and send it via telegram messenger or email?
