I have to download the attachments from smarsheet and directly upload them in to Airtable attachments column. is it possible as it is taking much time to upload attachments one by one?
Hey
You can probably build an automation using Zapier, Make, n8n or other automation tool (more on these automation tools here). I might be wrong, but I do not see other way in which to do this in bulk!

Hm, do the attachments on SmartSheet have some kind of naming schema you can use to help identify what records they should be linked to?
Since you're able to export all of your attachments from SmartSheet as a backup, I was thinking you could drag and drop it into Airtable, and then it’d be a matter of trying to link them to specific records
I would automate the entire process using Make’s SmartSheets integrations and Make’s Airtable integrations,
Note that you will need a publicly-accessible URL for each attachment in order to upload each attachment into Airtable, so if SmartSheet doesn’t provide you with an attachment URL, then as part of your Make automation, you will need to upload each attachment to a cloud storage space such as Google Drive, and then get a share link of the attachment from Google Drive, and then upload it into Airtable.
If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
I also give live demonstrations of how to use Make in many of my Airtable podcast appearances. For example, in this video, I show how to work with Airtable arrays in Make.
Hope this helps!
