Hi All,

Am creating automation wherein the user does the following steps

1)fills the form

2)trigger should be created to send mail

3)Once the mail is approved a confirmation required from the mail Yes/No or

4)based on the above action the next trigger for the creation of a record should trigger.

Also for the following mail has been Approved or replied to by (Approval status field) then the record is entered in the database.

Clueless as to how to proceed further.
