I am trying to insert an image that I have as an attachment in my database within the body of an automated email
I wanted to ask you if you could help me understand why my HTML image is incorrect. The image appears crashed and I don't understand why. I would greatly appreciate your help.

+29I do not recommend including images in email messages this way. Even if the image displays initially, the image will be broken as soon as the url for the image expires, which could happen before the email is even opened.
There could also be an issue with Airtable providing image urls that are already expired. I've seen this off and on these past few days when I use scripting to get an expiring image url.
