Instagram Module (Make) can't pull my URL from Airtable, WHY?

You don't need to make your table publicly accessible to get the video URL.

You can just pull the URL directly from the attachment field in Airtable, as long as you've already given Make access to your Airtable account using its Airtable modules.

However, if Instagram needs a FILE instead of a URL, then you'll need to use Make to upload the file to a cloud storage provider first, such as Google Drive using Make's Google Drive modules.

Hmm so you're doing a 'Get record' or something and you can get the URL of the attachment, right?  What error are you getting then?

Hey Scott, hope you are well, thanks for the input. This is my situation now:

I created a table on AirTable (see attached screenshot) where I have my caption for the Instagram post and the video file. The Instagram Module on Make needs a video URL that it can access to post my video but it runs into an error (see attached screenshot). ChatGPT told me that this specific error code usually means that Instagram can't access the video URL publicly or gets blocked to download the video for automatic posting. I tried to do it with a "Video File" + Attachment field in AirTable first, that did not work. Then I tried it with an "URL" field plus box.com URL where I stored my video. Did not work either. I attached the airtable as a screenshot too. Any suggestions to fix this?

That’s probably not a URL to an actual file. It’s likely the URL to a wrapper webpage that displays a file within the webpage. You need the link to the actual file itself.

Alternatively, Airtable provides you with a URL to the file itself, so you can just store the file in Airtable and use that URL.

That's not public File url. It is a box.com url, not Airtable url, so Airtable isn't an issue here. Ensure you have the DIRECT DOWNLOAD link to the file in box. 
Test by clicking on the link. If it downloads the file, it is a direct download link. If it opens a new tab and previews the file, it is not. There should be ways to transform the box url to a direct download link if box allows it.
