Is it possible to manage an inventory within Airtable and show a beginning and ending amount on a sales order form?

It is possible to manage an inventory in Airtable using multiple tables. The usual workflow for this kind of situation would be to have a table for each product, client, and sales order (as a many-to-many relationships / junction table). You could track each sales order date fields and the number fields can track how much is due for each sales order.
