Hi there,

I have a Zap running that asks chatGPT to choose from a list of 8 commitments and put them in the field 'commitments' in airtable. 

My problem is that sometimes ChatGPT returns the commitments with a capital letter or a full stop. This then creates a new multiple select and messes up my reporting. Is there a way to ensure that airtable disregards the full stop or capitalisation?

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no such option. You can create 'buffer' field and then normalize/capitalize the text, but I would perform it on Zapier side, format output values if that's possible. Another way - I didn't try to automate work with chatGPT yet, but if the prompt editable, can you ask chatGPT to give you answers in some defined format?


Thanks @Alexey_Gusev - that's what I think i'll try - editing the prompt to be super specific.
