Here is my need.
There are five related tables in my database: People, Organizations, Events...
Ideally, I would like to fill out only ONE form that would populate all 5 tables at once.
+29Airtable native forms can only populate a single table. Here are some options:
- Create an "input" table with fields for info that will go into all five tables. Then use an automation when the record is created to create the necessary records in each table.
- Use a third party form service that supports feeding data into multiple tables.
+13I would concur with Kuovonne in that I would create a single table that the form is tired to. If its linked, you can use lookup fields on your other tables, or you can create automations that replicate the data to the other tables.
