UPDATE: found out this was due to a formula error, which left the deadline date field in #ERROR for the affected records. SORRY not to have noticed it before posting.

Hi,

Sending out personalised e-mails with repeating group automation. Out of a bunch of 96, some 5 just failed with a quite unhelpful ""Subject" could not be converted to a string" message.

The e-mail subject field uses a variable to fetch a deadline date. For 95% of the e-mails it works like when tested, for 5% it doesn't.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot? How on earth does it work for some, but not for others? It's the same data that is retrieved for all.

Rgds,

Björn
