Hi Airtable - Can I please get some help in resetting my automation runs?

 

I just ran out of automations for the month (due to a runaway automation that we have now resolved), but nmy business is non-functioning for the rest of the month because we have no more automation runs.

Can anybody please escalate my emergency support request? My Airtable support reference # is 00762406.

PS - Are there any intentions to allow us to automatically purchase more automation? Feels unfortunate to be locked in without options.

As a last resort you can try creating another paid workspace and moving your base there?
