The "Record ID" input has two records in there which is causing an error.  Try putting your Update Record action inside a repeating group: https://support.airtable.com/docs/repeating-groups-of-automation-actions

I got the same error even there's only 1 record

The problem is the date field does not accept time, it only accept date aka mmddyy or any date format but when I add time, it does not work anymore.
