Can you incorporate record list block in automations? Since I found this is the only way to limit X number of rows to show.

Here is a screenshot:
On this tab, I have a view that sorts the videos base on their number of views. Every week, I wanted to copy the top 5 of this view to another tab where I can add more info, analyze and plan more of it.
