Can we simulate the process of hiring on Airtable? The concept here is a “Recruiting CRM” for recruiting agencies to manage the relationship between employers and candidates, so we work as a broker between those two parties or 3 parties to manage the process of hiring.
So my quetion: hoe to build a hiring workflow in airtable? we want also to get a report for each candidate include the previous values (like old employer he applied, rejected hiring etc.)
