I have a simple automation set up where once I move a record to a new column on a Kanban view, it sends an email letting us know that we need to review. However, it fails at the action step and says “Google reported an error while processing this action:
Insufficient Permission”. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had the same issue, and discovered that on the Plus plan you can't send automated emails to anyone who is not listed as a collaborator on your plan. To email arbitrary addresses you have to upgrade to Pro.
