2025 Update:
You can now do all of this natively with Airtable’s automations, because Airtable now has the ability to schedule automations and loop through records with a “repeating action” step.
Otherwise, for more advanced automation of sending emails — or if you need to send out a large quantity of emails that would exceed Airtable’s limits — you would want to turn to an external automation tool such as Make’s advanced automations & integrations.
I would recommend using either MailerSend or MailGun as your mailing service of choice.
If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
I also give live demonstrations of how to use Make in many of my Airtable podcast appearances. For example, in this video, I show how to work with Airtable arrays in Make.
Hope this helps!

Hi Sophia,
Did you already get this solved? You should be able to accomplish this with Outfunnel and Airtable integration. If you are using MailChimp or ActiveCampaign then you can look more into it here Airtable-Mailchimp integration - Seamless and 2-way and Airtable-ActiveCampaign integration - Seamless and 2-way
It will keep your emails synced from your base table with one of those marketing tools.
