How can I send via SendGrid when a record enters a view?

My goal is to send HTML emails - I believe that I’d need to use SendGrid for this as Airtable’s email tool doesn’t allow for HTML.

Probably the easiest way to automatically send an email via SendGrid when a record enters a view would be to use Zapier or Make.com, both of which have support for SendGrid & Airtable.

Note that Zapier has a major limitation in that it will only work ONCE PER RECORD FOREVER, so if you’re expecting a record to enter that view more than once, you would probably want to use Make.

Thanks! I have a paid Zapier account so I’ll take a look at this. Thanks for the heads-up re: the limitation, that’s really good to know.
