Sending data from more then one table when one table enters the right view

Hey there.

Im currently trying to figure out how to Link up an automation through Zapier so that i just have to change the status of one item and then it would change whatever is linked to it.

Lets say im creating a quiz base with this following tables: Quiz, Questions, Answers.
Each should have a line called Status/State so that i can have a view for sending this to my CMS in webflow.

I just cant figure out how to link all this up so i dont have to change the status of each linked item.

Do anyone have an idea of how to do this?

You could use an automation if you only want to update 1 record at a time.

Trigger: when a record is updated

Action 1: find records

Action 2: update record

Note that this only works in 1 direction. You can combine multiple “find” and “update” actions in 1 automation for different tabs.

You can use PowerImporter’s Airtable to Webflow sync. It will automatically detect when data appears/disappears from a view and will update Webflow accordingly.
