I have a requirement to move the csv files in SFTP and S3 to airtable, the file size is huge, have more than 1M records, is there a reliable integration in place to achieve this.

You can’t bring 1 million records into Airtable unless you’re using HyperDB, but you can certainly attach the CSV file into an attachment field.
If you need to automate the process of importing files or records into Airtable, you’ll want to look into Make’s SFTP integrations, Make’s S3 integrations, and Make’s Airtable integrations.
