I have this actionable message automation that doesn't seem to work. I can see it failed and the recipient was not filled out.
A typical non-actionable Slack automation seems to work fine and I can see a recipient.
Is there something I am missing?

That's an odd one. I might make sure the person you are sending it to has authenticated with Airtable. I once had someone who accidently "Denied" and it give me an error, but let them fix it later. It could be worth having them remove the Airtable app from their slack and re-adding.
Hi, was this resolved? I am having the same issue. I selected the right slack account and right channel but when I test it, there is an error since the Recipient Type and Channel is blank.
