i have been working on some new automations and i just ran into an issue that i haven’t seen before. existing automations that (i assumed) have been working fine are not displaying correctly. they are showing what looks to be a Record ID instead of the field. and when i try to edit the conditions, it errors out. 

i reached out to support, but who knows if i will hear back from them.

any ideas?

Yes, that is a bug that many of us encountered recently (those are the field ids of the fields being mapped/referenced). Please make sure to reach out to support@airtable.com if this persists.

I did reach out and got a terrible AI reply that suggested how to fix a problem that had nothing to do with what i described. they never responded yesterday. but this morning when i logged in, it appears that the issue was resolved. i could edit my automations again. 

 

i also got a reply from support saying

Apologies for not answering sooner. We experienced some site instability earlier, which has since been resolved. We're working on making improvements to prevent this from happening again. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

If you continue experiencing any issues, though, please let us know.

 

Whatevs airtable. i’m just glad i can do my work again.
