Hello, I know this issue has been raised several time and I do following the suggestions by using formula DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE({Date}, 'Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh'), 'DD/MM/YYYY').
However, on my automation sending email with the body content the date, it showed nothing as attached picture below.
What should I do? 😞
I just attempted to send myself an email with the data from a formula field set up with the formula you provided and it worked fine:
If you're doing "Test Step" from your automation, could you test your trigger again to ensure that your test data includes a date?
If this is an actual automation run, could you check your automation run history to see what data was used for this run, as well as check the set up?
