Trigger automation to Sync Content feels so complicated for basic task

Hello, my usecase is to sync a record whith a third party server using an HTTP Request and write back a sync Id. The behavior of AirTable feels very weak for somthing that should be simple.

1. Trigger an automation on Create and Update require 2 automations ! So duplicate and maintain script code . The workaround in an other message is so complicated
2. Automation trigger while editing, sometimes it is usefull, in that case it's a real pain that trigger multiple request in parallele. Automation should have a flag to prevent that.
