You actually aren't telling it which records to send to Facebook.
After a scheduled time trigger, you need to add a "Find Records" action to find the records that you want to take action on.
Then, you will need to loop through the results with a "repeating group", in order to perform actions on each record that was previously found.
However, note that Airtable does not allow you to combine repeating groups with conditional actions, and it looks like you want to perform conditional actions in your automation.
That is not currently possible with Airtable's automations.
If you need to create an advanced automation that combines conditional actions with repeating groups, you would need to turn to Make's Airtable automations and Make's Facebook integrations.
Make can be challenging to learn, so if you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread.
For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Thank you for the feedback.
After the find records part,
Will the blue + bring in the actual data from cell Copy?
Or will the message part need something more.

Yeap it would and your automation would look something like the screenshot below (substituting the 'Send email' action with your FB action of course)

Link to base
We're skipping over a couple of concepts though, so if you hit a wall and could use someone to walk you through it feel free to schedule a free half hour call here!

@WayneGrantham
Yes, that is correct. You would use the blue plus sign to bring in data from each record.
