I am trying to create a formula or a method that would allow me to trigger a message to be sent, but only in the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern Standard TIme.
The rest of the trigger is as follows:
Triggering a message between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2: PM Eastern Time
