Hello!

Who is an export in building short term rental inventory systems in Airtable?

I work for a A/V production company that rents out LED Tiles and Audio equipment to trade shows. We'd like to build an inventory system that tracks gear getting rented to specific jobs and clients.

We'd also like to be able to download what we call a "pull sheet" which is a nicely designed PDF that lists all of the gear getting rented for a specific job.

Is anyone up for helping to build this out?

I'd be happy to help and you can schedule a free half hour call here

You've probably already done this, but you may also want to check out the Airtable Universe / Templates to see whether someone's already built a base that fits your needs so that you don't have to build it yourself:

If you're on a Teams plan you can just use the Page Designer extension to create that PDF pull sheet you want too

I have created several inventory rental systems for camera rental companies, including the rental system used by Keslow Camera, which is one of the entertainment industry’s largest camera rental houses that is located in multiple cities around the country. The rental systems that I built were created with FileMaker, but you could certainly build a system in Airtable as well.

Hey @Seanb106 . I am currently working on the same kind of project. If you ended up working on it yourself, would you be interested in connecting to collaborate and share insights?

Hey, did you by any chance manage to build this? I'm looking to do something similar, could use some input of you are willing?
