Hello!

My table has an “all contacts” tab, which contains all the contacts our organization works with. We work primarily with two different groups - teachers and volunteers. We have an Airtable form for teachers to sign up to use our services, and a different form (in the same tab) for volunteers to sign up and help. We have a column to set their “Category” as either teacher or volunteer (this is currently a multiple select category because we have a few other tags and they are not mutually exclusive). Currently, when a new sign-up is recorded, we need to look at the record and manually tag the entry as a teacher/volunteer.

Is there a way that, depending on whether the teacher or volunteer form was completed, the newly created record can automatically be tagged as either “educator” or “volunteer”?
