I am looking for a way to change the way that my shared Airtable base can be shown as the preview when sharing the url, instead of the generic “Airtable, everyones app platform” being shown. I frequently share the base, and people aren’t opening the base, or are wary to because they dont know what Airtable is. Please tell me there is a way to have a different preview shown? Do I need to first embed it in my website? I am open to paying, or outsourcing but I am just not sure how to start!

Hi @Paradise_Parcels ,
Airtable does not offer many custom branding options. You may want to look at Softr, it integrates seamless with Airtable and will let you have a custom branded page to display your Airtable data. They even let you add a custom domain in the free tier.
@Paradise_Parcel I made a tool that might solve this problem for you! https://community.airtable.com/t5/show-tell/airtable-cool-link-previews-and-analytics-for-existing-airtable/m-p/141068#M2683
My suggestion would be to embed that view on your own website. Then, when you share the link, the preview will be based on your own website.
Here’s Airtable’s support article on embedding shared views.
Airtable also offers the ability to embed interface pages as well.
Otherwise, if you don’t want to embed on your own website but you want more sharing link preview options, you would need to look at 3rd-party portal software for that. Some of the most popular portals for Airtable are: Noloco, JetAdmin, Softr, Pory, and Glide.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
