Hello, I am syncing my calendar to Airtable, but once I did so out of the items on the calendar it is broken up into two separate kinds of events, so a sure-fire way to be able to separate and organize them is item one right now I have an automation whenever and events/ record is created it tags (single select) either one or the other with Nobody edit permission as very rare will items float between the different types. Secondly, so many of the calendar meetings are canceled or deleted. I want Airtable to follow when that happens, but also snap back live on the calendar if it is brought back into the calendar. Anything to help me head in the right direction would be appreciated.

I’m having a hard time to follow through the description of the issue. However, when dealing with bookings I would highly suggest you rely on Calendly or Cal, where the scheduling will occur.
Then, via webhook and Make, n8n or other automation tool, you would create or update the corresponding event in Airtable.
A simiple version of the above looks like this:
Using calendly or cal you can have your webhooks triggered upon new bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.

When a calendar event gets deleted on Google Calendar the record also gets deleted from Airtable. You can update this via the sync settings:

I’m assuming you’re syncing your calendar via the Add or Import table and a Google Calendar though. Could you confirm how you’re syncing your calendar?
