I’d like to have a bunch of questions in a base, each question labeled, and create a form for a label which asks all the questions from the label and fills in answers into another table. Is that something that’s possible?

+35When you enter data via a form, the data will go into the table in which the form lives.
If you want your data to move into other tables later, you would need to create an automation or a script to do that.
