I am trying to track specific vendors with multiple different workspaces and bases. I am wondering if its possible to use that same record for the vendors among all the different bases.

Long answer: You would need to use an external platform, such as Integromat or Zapier to manage the entire process for you. Also, if you know JavaScript or some other coding, you could use external tools to manually create the process yourself via Airtable’s API.
You may also want to consider consolidating your vendors into one table in one base in one workspace, if you can.
