+1Hello, we are new to AirTable and currently using it for our CRM. This question is to see if we could ALSO use it for individual case management for our sober living home. Obviously, this would include the ability to take notes, classify information, restrict users, transfer of data to courts, etc. Does anyone out in AirTable land use AirTable in this capacity??

+2@Lisa_Reinschmid did you end up using this? I am concerned that there are no answers or templates already created. This platform was recommended but I'm not seeing a similar case management use. It is the adding notes that I wonder about specifically.
