In Airtable, the default color assignments for status fields need to be customized. The desired configuration is as follows: On Track → Green, At Risk → Red, Off Track → Light Red, and Resolved → Blue. These color mappings should also be consistently applied to all related charts and graphs.

If you are trying to apply colors to options on a single select, do note that it can be done as shown below. However, I guess that is not exactly what you are looking for?
