Just posting this to check if there is some kind of systemic issue happening, or if this s***storm is unique to my Org. Airtable status says fully operational but something is definitely wrong.
My Organization has several bases that are currently experiencing a complete collapse in their functionality. At the moment, we have 4 bases that cannot be accessed reliably, and 2 of these can’t be accessed at all. The bases can’t be loaded by any user, on any device, on any network. We have tested access from many locations and this issue persists.
These bases do have some syncs set up between them, but nothing outside of what I have built many times for other clients with no issues.
This appears to be an extension of an issue I have been working with Airtable support on for months now, but have made no progress:
When updating the configuration of a base, updates take 30 plus seconds to occur, and always throw an error saying that the operation failed, even though they did not fail. This issue is transient but has increased with frequency until it culminated today with the complete collapse of a couple of the bases.
Mind you these are somewhat complex bases, but their record count totals are on the order of 10k or so, certainly not outside of what AT normally handles easily.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this recently?
To reiterate I already have open tickets with Airtable for this issue.
Losing my hair over this...

Sorry, I don’t have any solutions for you, but I just checked and all of my bases seem to be working fine at the moment. Sorry to hear that you’re going through this! It does sound like it might be some bug that is specific to your bases… hopefully, support will be able to figure it out for you.
