Hi- I want to create a multiple choice quiz of 10-20 questions to help with onboarding. I want the person to see the results as a summary at the end. It would also be nice if they can not complete at once, they can return to it later? Bonus is adding some images of GIFs

Hi Nic, and welcome to the community!

Hmmm, like using Airtable as a survey system, right?

I built one of these - read this.

Yes a quiz or survey and at the end, the user sees their results

Fillout's advanced forms for Airtable lets you create quizzes for 100% free, but I don’t think they offer an onscreen summary at the end. I think they only show the correct answers after each question is submitted. So you may want to submit this to them as a feature request.

However, you could always take a different approach, like automatically emailing the person a PDF file with a list of their answers next to the correct answers, because Fillout lets you automatically create custom PDF files from a form submission.

I show how to use Fillout to create PDF files on this Airtable podcast episode:

Your best bet for this is to use Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable because it communicates directly with Airtable and can easily do everything that you requested.

Fillout also offers hundreds of features that Airtable’s native forms don’t offer, including the ability to update Airtable records using a formcreate custom PDF files from a form submissionaccept payments on forms, display Airtable lookup fields on forms, create new linked records on a form, control access to a form via SSO or email domains or a list of email addresses stored in Airtable, perform math or other live calculations on your forms, collect signatures on a form, create multi-page forms with conditional paths, connect a single form to dozens of external apps simultaneously, add CAPTCHAs to your form, and much more.

I show a few more advanced features of Fillout on this podcast episode:

Hope this helps!
