Fillout's advanced forms for Airtable lets you create quizzes for 100% free, but I don’t think they offer an onscreen summary at the end. I think they only show the correct answers after each question is submitted. So you may want to submit this to them as a feature request.

However, you could always take a different approach, like automatically emailing the person a PDF file with a list of their answers next to the correct answers, because Fillout lets you automatically create custom PDF files from a form submission.

Your best bet for this is to use Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable because it communicates directly with Airtable and can easily do everything that you requested.
