creazione una griglia partendo da un'altra griglia

buongiorno, sono nuova di airtable e sto iniziando a lavorarci, chiedo consiglio a voi. 

cerco di spiegarmi: ho creato una griglia nella quale sono presenti tutti i miei clienti con gli ordini di acquisto. all’interno ho inserito anche le aziende fornitrici.

ora mi piacerebbe creare una griglia (o vista o altro che mi consigliate) nella quale vado ad indicare il documento di riferimento del fornitore e la data

Hey ​@marika,

Assuming you have an Orders (or similar) table, you’ll want to have two additional fields:
Date field
Attachment field

You can read more on Airtable field types here.

Just FYI, and in case you do not have this setup yet, you will probably want to have 4 different tables:
Suppliers - for all info on suppliers
Clients - for all info on clients
Orders - for the actual order info, which gets linked to either Supplier or Client depending on whether it is a purchase or a sale (not exactly sure how your business works) -this is the table where you’d find attachment and date fields. You can also have a rollup for adding total of all total line prices (see below).
Order Line items - in case you have multiple lines per order. This is where you’d have product or service, qty, price per unit, total line price.

Depending on how your business work, you might also want to have an additional table for Products or Services.
