I am working with a new company that has five main areas I would like to manage using Airtable. These five areas operate independently but collaborate on the same projects, each contributing different inputs.

Here is my question:
Which is better: to have five different bases that sync (one-way) to a main base, or to have all five areas work in a shared base with individual tables and permissions?

If record limits aren't a concern I'd say just try using one base with Interfaces
